Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. cornbread crumbs
3 1/2 c. white bread crumbs
1/4 c. butter, melted
3 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. savory seasoning
sage to taste
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
2 c. hot chicken broth
Preparation

Crumble bread in large pan.
Melt butter or oleo and lightly saute onion and celery.
Add to crumb mixture.
Add other ingredients and mix well.
If dressing seems too dry, add more broth.
Bake in shallow pan at 400\u00b0 about 25 minutes.
