Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. (8 to 10) apples, peeled and sliced
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 to 1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 beaten egg
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients and put in a 13 x 9-inch pan (greased).
