Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 egg yolks (save egg whites)
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained and juice saved
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except pecans and egg whites.
    Beat well. Beat egg whites separately.
    Sprinkle flour on the nuts.
    Fold the floured pecans and egg whites into the mixture.
    Cook in a tube or Bundt pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Dump cake onto cake plate.
    Pour juice from the pineapple over the cake.
