Ice Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    60 Ritz crackers
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
    2 boxes instant coconut cream pudding (or any flavor you like)
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt margarine and mix in plastic bag with crumbled Ritz crackers.
    Pat mixture in a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Beat for 2 minutes room temperature ice cream; sprinkle instant pudding on ice cream as it is melting.
    Add milk.
    Pour over Ritz cracker mixture. Chill overnight.
