Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cornmeal mix
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. oil
    2 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 small jar pimento
    1/2 c. jalapeno pepper (or any hot pepper)
    1 c. creamed corn
    1/2 lb. cooked meat (bacon, browned and crumbled, ground beef or sausage, cooked and drained)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Place in a large pan, greased and sprinkled with meal.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
