Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken or 5 breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
dash of chili powder
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 bag Doritos
1 c. cheese, grated
1 can Ro-Tel
Preparation

Boil chicken; debone.
Shred in pieces.
Combine first 6 ingredients.
Place Doritos in casserole dish.
Spread mixture over chips.
Top with cheese, then Ro-Tel.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
