Top-Notch Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. toasted wheat bran
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. low-fat milk
    1/4 c. molasses
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    3/4 c. raisins (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease 12 medium muffin cups or line with paper cups.
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add combined milk, molasses, oil and egg,
    mixing just until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Fill prepared cups 2/3 full.
    Bake 20 to 22 minutes, until golden brown.
