Mashed Potato Donuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white sugar
    3 whole eggs
    2 c. warm mashed potatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. sour milk
    4 c. flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Let set for 30 minutes.
    Pat dough onto floured board and cut into donut shapes.
    Drop in hot fat. Turn over as soon as they rise to the top, browning both sides.
