Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin
    1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 (9-inch) pastry shell, unbaked
Preparation
    Combine eggs and pumpkin.
    Blend in sugar, spice, flour and salt; mix well.
    Add milk and mix well. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
    Cool.
    Store in refrigerator.
    One pie yields 8 servings.
