Quick Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.), flattened slightly
1/3 c. Italian salad dressing (regular, low calorie or nonfat)
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
spaghetti sauce (commercial or freshly made)
pasta, cooked and drained (about 3/4 lb.)
Preparation

Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Dip chicken breasts in salad dressing first, and then bread crumb mixture.
Place in baking dish sprayed with Pam, or lightly greased.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes, turning halfway through baking time. Serve with your choice of pasta, sauce and additional Parmesan cheese, if desired.
