Grama'S Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shortening
    5 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix with mixer or with hand pie blender.
    Then add 1 tablespoon vinegar and 1 egg (in a 1 cup measuring cup, fill with water).
    Add to first mixture, stirring with fork.
    Can be frozen for later use.
