Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 1/2 c. celery
    1 medium onion
    1 bell pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 can water
    salt and pepper
    2 c. rice
    hot pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except chicken, in a bowl with rice.
    Stir well.
    Grease an 11 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour ingredients into pan. Place pieces of seasoned chicken on rice and cover with foil.
    Bake for 1 hour at 400\u00b0.
