Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 cooked, sliced carrots
    1/4 c. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 lb. shrimp
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Melt butter and saute onion in the butter.
    Make a white sauce with flour and milk in the butter and onion.
    Add the other seasonings.
    Layer this in a dish:
    carrots, cheese and white sauce.
    Put a topping of bits of butter and bread crumbs on and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
