Oriental Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

10 chicken wings
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. water
2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

Separate each chicken wing into 3 sections, discarding the tip section.
Rinse, then pat with paper towels.
In an electric skillet, combine soy sauce, water, sugar and ginger; bring to a boil.
Add chicken wing pieces.
Reduce heat; simmer, covered, for 30 minutes, stirring often.
Remove cover; simmer 15 to 30 minutes or until chicken separates from bone.
Makes 20 pieces.
