Swiss Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 venison chops or 2 venison rounds
    salt and pepper
    flour
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can water
Preparation
    Coat
    venison with flour, salt and pepper.
    Brown sides in cooking oil.
    Add onion slices, tomatoes and water.
    Simmer about 45 minutes.
    Serve with rice.
