Asparagus Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. Jack cheese
    butter
    6 eggs
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    2 (15 oz.) cans asparagus
Preparation
    Coat bottom of a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with butter.
    Press small portion of mixed cheeses to bottom of the pan until entire bottom is coated with cheese.
    To remaining cheese, add the eggs, evaporated milk and asparagus (can substitute 1 can with a can of mushrooms).
    Mix together.
    Pour into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Serves 6.
