Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. macaroni, cooked until tender
4 to 5 Tbsp. flour
1 qt. milk
pepper to taste
1 stick oleo
1 lb. grated cheese (coarse)
1/2 tsp. salt
cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cook macaroni in salted water until completely tender. Add milk and 1/2 cheese. Heat slowly, stirring often, until sauce is thickened.
Do not overcook.
Put macaroni, cheese and sauce into baking dish in alternate layers. Cover with cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly and lightly browned.
Makes 2 medium size dishes.
If prepared for freezer, do not add cracker crumbs nor bake.
