Ham-Chicken Bake With Yam Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced ham, cooked
    2 c. diced chicken, cooked
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. chicken broth (2 bouillon cubes)
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 c. light cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Place diced ham and chicken in 2-quart casserole.
    Melt butter; blend in flour.
    Stir in broth and cream.
    Cook and stir until thickened.
    Add seasonings, onion and mushrooms.
    Pour over ham and chicken.
    Top hot mixture with Yam Biscuits.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
