Homemade Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce and 1 can water
    1 can red kidney beans
    2 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 Tbsp. ground red pepper
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and add onion.
    Drain well and discard grease.
    In large pot, combine ground beef, onion and remaining ingredients.
    Mix well.
    Bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serves 4 to 6.
