Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising cornmeal
    1 c. sweet milk
    2 eggs
    1/3 c. cooking oil
    1 can cream-style corn
    4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain off excess fat.
    Add onions, peppers, creamed corn and cheese.
    Mix cornmeal, milk, eggs and oil.
    Pour half in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan, then pour in the meat mixture. Then add the rest of the corn bread mixture.
    Bake for 1 hour in 400\u00b0 oven.
