Celery And Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 lb. mushrooms, cut into T shapes
1 small bunch celery, sliced diagonally 1/2-inch thick
1 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce
salt to taste
Preparation

Heat oil in wok.
Stir-fry mushrooms.
Add celery, sugar and soy sauce.
Stir-fry 2 to 3 minutes or until celery becomes bright green.
Serve hot.
