Ricki'S Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cloves garlic
    margarine
    1 bag frozen chopped onions
    1 bag frozen chopped peppers
    1 can chicken stock
    frozen spinach
    frozen broccoli, carrots, green beans, etc.
    large can tomato or V-8 juice
    3 Tbsp. basil
    seasoned salt
Preparation
    Saute garlic for 15 minutes.
    Add onions, peppers, chicken stock and spinach.
    Cook on high for 10 minutes.
    Add other vegetables and cook an additional 10 minutes.
    Add tomato or V-8 juice, basil and seasoned salt; simmer for 2 hours.
