Stratt-Chio-Nattis - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rotini pasta
    1 1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. Italian cheese
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Remove sausage skin and crumble.
    Cook until done.
    Drain. Boil pasta in water according to package directions until just done (add a little salt and oil to water).
    Rinse and return to large pot.
    Cut up into small pieces 1/2 pound of butter or margarine. Add to pasta until melted.
    Beat 1 egg and add to pasta mixing lightly but constantly for about 20 seconds until egg coats the pasta.
    Add Italian cheese.
    Add sausage.
