Rhubarb Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. butter
rhubarb, cut up
1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
cake mix, yellow or white
Preparation

Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Add cut up rhubarb, strawberry Jell-O, sugar and mini marshmallows.
Prepare cake mix. Pour over all.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
