Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter or oil
    2 medium sliced zucchini
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Saute first 4 ingredients in butter or oil.
    Add bread crumbs and tomato sauce.
    Set aside.
    Wash and cut zucchini into 1/2-inch slices.
    In a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish, layer zucchini, then meat mixture and half the cheese.
    Repeat. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes.
