Chicken Fricassee - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut in cubes
1 large onion, sauteed
1 c. cooked frozen green beans, drained
1 c. cooked sliced fresh carrots, drained
1 1/2 c. or more chicken broth
Preparation

Place cooked chicken, sauteed onion, cooked peas and cooked carrots in a pan.
Cover with chicken broth.
Salt and pepper to your desire.
Thicken with a paste made from plain flour and water.
Serve on toast.
