Pancake Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    pinch of cinnamon
    1/4 c. butter
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, eggs, milk and cinnamon together,
    leaving butter a bit lumpy.
    Melt butter in 9-inch pie plate; pour batter on top of it and bake at 425\u00b0
    for 20 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.
    Sift powdered sugar on top.
    Serve at once with maple syrup.
    Serves 4.
