Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
1 stick melted butter
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. dry Minute Rice
1 c. mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to directions.
Drain, set aside.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add onion and saute 2 minutes.
Add cheese and let melt over low heat.
Add mayonnaise, soup and dry Minute Rice and mix well.
If too dry, add some water.
Add cooked broccoli. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until nice and bubbly.
Remove from oven the last 5 minutes and top with stack of Ritz crackers, crushed and mixed with 1 stick melted butter.
Return to oven for 5 minutes.
