Mexican Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, thinly sliced
    16 oz. can Ranch Style beans
    10 oz. can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    12 corn tortillas
Preparation
    Brown meat with onion and black pepper.
    Add tomatoes and salt to taste.
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, layer half each of the tortillas, meat, beans and cheese.
    Repeat.
    Top with soup.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes until bubbly.
    Freezes well.
