Lemon Freeze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Carnation evaporated (fat-free) milk
    2 lemons, grated rind and juice
    1 c. sugar
    3 plain crackers (any kind), crushed
Preparation
    Pour milk in bowl. Put beaters in and put in freezer. Let it get icy. Beat at high speed; get it stiff. Add sugar and lemon. Spread in dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Freeze.
