Cold Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    16 stuffed green olives
    4 green onions (tops and bottoms)
    2 (4 oz.) green chiles
    4 or 5 hot jalapenos
    1 small can ripe olives
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 pkg. (12-inch) flour tortillas
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Chop green olives, onions and jalapenos.
    Mix sour cream and cream cheese.
    Add other ingredients (except tortillas).
    Spread on 12-inch flour tortillas.
    Roll, pinching end tight.
    Chill overnight.
    Slice.
    This also freezes well.
