Pecan Toasties - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg white
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. pecans

Preparation

Whip egg white stiff; add brown sugar and pecan halves.
Drop on cookie sheet and toast in 325\u00b0 oven until brown.
