Browned Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 can consomme and water to make 2 c.
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Brown rice in oil with celery and green pepper.
    Add consomme, Worcestershire and catsup.
    Place in a baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until rice is tender, or cover and finish cooking on top of the stove, 15 minutes at a low flame until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
