Birthday Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. melted butter or margarine
    2 c. plus 3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 c. sour cream
    4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. fresh (or frozen, thawed and drained) blueberries
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    In mixing bowl, combine eggs, butter, 2 cups sugar and sour cream.
    In another bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Stir in blueberries last.
    Fold blueberry-flour mixture into egg mixture until blended.
    Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin pan to 3/4 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
