Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole kernel corn
1 chopped onion (medium)
2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
1 stick melted butter or margarine
1 c. Pepperidge Farm corn bread stuffing mix
1 can cream stype corn
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 egg beaten
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. grated American cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except cheese.
Pour 1/2 mixture into 9-inch square casserole dish.
Put a layer of cheese.
Add the rest of the mixture and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
