Chili Con Queso(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 can Old El Paso green chilies
    1 can Ro-Tel whole tomatoes and green chilies
    1 small jar pimientos
Preparation
    Cube Velveeta and melt in microwave, stirring frequently. Drain and chop pimientos, chilies and tomatoes.
    Fold into cheese. Keep warm; great with tortilla chips and as a topping for baked potatoes.
