Potato Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1/2 c. water or milk (approximately)
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Work in fat with a fork or knife.
    Add potatoes and mix thoroughly, then add enough liquid to make a soft dough.
    Roll the dough lightly to about 1/2 inch thick.
    Cut into biscuits and bake 12 to 15 minutes in 400\u00b0 oven.
