Angel Food Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. egg whites (11 or 12 large eggs)
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sift together powdered sugar and flour.
    Beat egg whites, cream of tartar, vanilla and 1/4 teaspoon salt on medium until soft peaks form.
    Gradually add sugar.
    Continue beating until peaks form.
    Fold in gradually flour mixture.
    Turn into ungreased 10-inch tube pan.
    Bake on lowest rack in a 350\u00b0 oven about 40 minutes.
    Serves 12.
