Chinese Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head red cabbage, chopped or shredded
1 bunch green onions, chopped
4 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
1 c. slivered almonds, toasted
2 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
2 pkg. Ramen noodles (chicken), crumbled and uncooked
1 pkg. dry seasoning from noodles (reserve 2nd pkg.)
1 pkg. dry seasoning from noodles
4 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. oil
6 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Stir together the first seven ingredients.
Mix remaining ingredients and add to salad before serving.
