Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. buttermilk or 2 Tbsp. lemon juice in regular milk
    2 c. flour (1 c. can be wheat flour)
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. oil
Preparation
    Beat eggs in mixing bowl.
    Add rest of ingredients and beat until well mixed.
    Preheat waffle iron.
    Spray with nonstick spray.
    Use 1/2 cup batter for a 7-inch round or square waffle. Cook waffle for 2 minutes.
    Makes 8 waffles.
