Unbelievable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c Bisquick
3/4 c sugar
2 c milk
1/4 c oleo
4 eggs
1 to 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Blend above in blender for about 3 minutes.
Pour in pie pan that has been sprayed with Pam.
Sprinkle one cup coconut on top. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
