John'S Plum Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
    1 large onion, chopped
    3 c. bread crumbs
    8 purple plums, halved, pitted and quartered
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pumpkin spice
    1 can frozen limeade or 1 c. fresh lime juice
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Cut a 1-inch piece of trimmed fat from pork chops.
    Put in a large skillet.
    Brown chops and remove stuffing.
    Add onion to drippings in skillet until soft.
    Stir in bread crumbs, plums, salt, pumpkin spice and 1/3 cup of lime juice.
    Stir lightly.
    Put in baking dish pork chops and cover with stuffing.
    Cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
