Chocolate Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Brownie Mix
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. shortening, melted
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Put Brownie Mix and baking powder in a bowl.
    Stir; add water, vanilla and melted shortening.
    Mix well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Turn batter into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Pour topping over batter. Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    When cool, turn upside-down on serving dish.
    Top with whipped topping or ice cream, if desired.
