Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 pkg. Jiffy corn bread mix
10 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
4 eggs
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and pour into a well-greased baking pan. Pour 1 stick melted butter over top.
Bake for 40 minutes in a hot oven at 450\u00b0.
