Noodles From Scratch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beaten eggs
    2 tsp. salt (or more to taste)
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Combine beaten eggs and salt.
    Add flour gradually, until dough forms.
    Knead on floured surface for 5 minutes.
    Roll out dough and cut noodles.
    Serves 6.
