Chocolate Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 to 3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

In heavy 1-quart saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate and margarine.
Remove from heat.
With wire whisk or fork, beat in sugar and milk until smooth and easy to spread.
Makes enough to ice one 9-inch single layer cake.
