Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese
    36 Ritz crackers, crushed
    8 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Cook and drain frozen vegetables.
    (You can use fresh vegetables also.)
    Add cheese.
    Top with Ritz crackers and butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
