Potato Puff Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. catsup or chili sauce
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, onion and pepper.
    Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Cover with frozen potato puffs. Bake, uncovered, at 370\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until puffs are brown. Serves 4.
