Ninfa'S Green Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 ripe avocado (soft to the touch)
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. minced onion
    1 clove garlic, mashed to a pulp with 1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. minced cilantro or 1/4 tsp. dried cilantro
    1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce or to taste
    2 to 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Peel avocado and mash to a smooth pulp.
    Add sour cream, milk, onion, garlic, cilantro, pepper sauce and lemon juice; blend with a wire whip.
    Let stand at least 1 hour before serving. Refrigerate any leftover sauce.
