Pan Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    One 2-1/2 lb. frying chicken cut into serving pieces (6 - 8 pieces)
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. regular flour
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1-1/2 - 2 c. of Crisco or Crisco oil (for 10 inch pan)
Preparation
    Dip chicken pieces in milk, then shake in bag containing salt and pepper.
